Hotel Kantri is situated on the border of Tartu, at the end of the main
street of the town. The hotel is convenient for travellers by car since
there is always a place for parking. The centre of Tartu is ca 10 min
by car from the hotel. Near the hotel there is the recently opened
Lõunakeskus (South Centre) which is the largest shopping centre in
South Estonia.
The two-storied building with interesting architecture was completed in
1994 after the design of H. Roodemäe and built as a conference hotel.
In addition to 27 rooms there are three different halls for organising
seminars and receptions.
Catering is provided by a 50-seat restaurant on the ground floor of the
building.
Our guests can relax themselves in a lobby bar or saunas and fireplace
hall at the basement level.
