On the ground floor is the living room with an open kitchen, shower room + WC.
On the second floor is a small well-lighted hall and two open-planned bedrooms.
All together there are 5+3 beds: 2 double beds (140 cm), 1 single bed,
3 extra beds if needed.
TV. WiFi. Fireplace in the kitchen. Door from the kitchen takes you to the terrace

| A house for 8 persons located in a peaceful small village near the Pärnu River in Pärnu County.
The house is located on the river side of the plot, which provides the guests with private recreation facilities. Although the house of the host family is located 30 metres away, the guest house terrace and barbecue area are located on the side of the house where the house of the host family cannot be seen, which provides an opportunity for private gatherings. There is plenty of space around the house for children to play and run. Swings for children are located next to the house.
Larger stores, shopping centres, pubs, restaurants, the sea, and sandy beaches are just a short drive away. The city of Pärnu is located only 5 km away.
The house has a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms as well as a bath, shower, and restroom. In the kitchen, there is access to the terrace featuring garden furniture. The terrace and barbecue area overlook the river.
The bedrooms have 4+2 beds: i.e., 2 single beds, a double bunk bed, and a sofa bed. Optionally, two additional beds are available in the living room (a couch or cot are included in the price).
TV, Internet access (Wi-Fi) for computer owners, washing machine, barbecue.

On the first floor there are 2 separate bedrooms. The bedroom on the seaside has its own balcony. WC, shower room. Altogether there are 2+6 beds in the house (a double bed and couch/bed in the bedrooms, couch/bed in the living room and 2 additional beds).

On the ground floor of the cottage there is a living room with open kitchen and a fireplace, a sauna with wood-burning oven, a shower room, WC, a small rest room (beer room) with access to the terrace surrounding the house.
On the first floor are two separate bedrooms, a rest room, a roomy shower room+WC. Both bedrooms have a balcony with the possibility of sitting and enjoying the surrounding nature.
The cottage is surrounded on 3 sides by a roomy terrace. Next to the house is also a POOL.
In front of the house is a small fountain, garden furniture, possibility of barbequing, 2 lounge chairs on the terrace.
From the cottage there is a small 10 min road to the seaside with a sandy beach. About 5 km away is the tip of Spithami peninsula which is one of the favourite places for bird watchers. Along the road within a short walking distance is a small local restaurant.
Within a short bicycle ride are several beaches. The most popular of these are sandy beaches in Roosta and Pereküla.

Shops, shopping malls, boutiques, venues are 15-25 minutes walk away.
The house has been completely renovated inside, caught as much as possible to preserve the original. Interior is retro, urban and modern comforts have been added.
There are 2 + 3 beds in the house: bedroom with double bed (130 cm), living room with a sofa bed, sofa and a single bed.
The house also has a small closed 300 m2 courtyard and barbecue.

Our Summer cottage for up to 5 people is located on a beautiful seaside.
The spacious windows offer a direct view on the sea where you can watch wonderful sunrise in the morning.
Everything necessary for living is included in the house, and the kitchenette allows you to prepare delicious meals.
The sauna is located in the same house. Sauna is wood fired.
The terrace has a fireplace and a roof on top. Fireplace is an amazing thing to cozy up to on a cool evenings.
The house is located by the sea, unfortunately we don’t have a sandy beach.
But there is a small rowing boat which you can enjoy on a beautiful weather.
Closest sandy beaches for bathing and beach holidays are located 2-3 km from here. The sandy beaches of Mändjala-Järve are one of the favorite places for holidaymakers in Saaremaa.
The location of the house is quite private but still close to the center and the city of Kuressaare. In Kuressaare you will find plenty of enjoyable restaurants or some suitable cultural events. Be sure to visit the Saaremaa Museum. There are also two bicycles available for guests. There is lighted walking and cycle route near the holiday house.

The house is located in the centre of Hiiumaa – in the small town of Kärdla, in a quiet neighbourhood. The sea and and the nearest beach for swimming is only 900 m away.
The apartment is on three floors with a separate entrance. Fron the ground floor there is a staircase to the first floor where the kitchen , living room and 2 bedrooms are located. Second floor is a cosy attic-storey wit a combined open living room+bedroom.

There is a small furniture store on the ground floor (access to the store is on the other side of the house).
