A comfortable two-storey cottage in Spithami – in the middle of a light, young pine forest. Suitable for a family of max. 6 persons or 2 families with max. 4 adultrs who want privacy and luxurious comfort at the same time.
On the ground floor of the cottage there is a living room with open kitchen and a fireplace, a sauna with wood-burning oven, a shower room, WC, a small rest room (beer room) with access to the terrace surrounding the house.
On the first floor are two separate bedrooms, a rest room, a roomy shower room+WC. Both bedrooms have a balcony with the possibility of sitting and enjoying the surrounding nature.
The cottage is surrounded on 3 sides by a roomy terrace. Next to the house is also a POOL.
In front of the house is a small fountain, garden furniture, possibility of barbequing, 2 lounge chairs on the terrace.
From the cottage there is a small 10 min road to the seaside with a sandy beach. About 5 km away is the tip of Spithami peninsula which is one of the favourite places for bird watchers. Along the road within a short walking distance is a small local restaurant.
Within a short bicycle ride are several beaches. The most popular of these are sandy beaches in Roosta and Pereküla.
larger shopping centres are in Haapsalu.
