| A roomy, renovated two-storey house for max. 9 persons right in the heart of Haapsalu. Suitable for two families. Everything necessary for a holiday – beach, coffee shops, bishop's castle with children's playground, shopping centres – is within a short walking distance.
On the ground floor of the house there is a living room with fireplace, 2 separate bedrooms, large kitchen. WC, shower room.
From the corridor there is entrance to the first floor with a roomy bedroom (own WC).
Altogether there are 8+1 beds.
SAT-TV. Washing machine. Dishwasher.
In the yard in a separate building there is a woodburning SAUNA (for additional fee).
Around the house there is a closed yard surrounded by a high fence adding to the privacy. Garden furniture. Possibility of barbequing.
Parking in a closed yard and/or on the street.

| A cozy cottage house in the midst of the wild nature of Matsalu National Park, but not far away from resort towns Pärnu, Haapsalu and Kuressaare. The cottage is perfect for nature-loving families or small groups. Fits 8 people (12 with extra places).
The cottage has 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is an open kitchen-dining room, a wood-fired sauna, shower, wc and an open living room with fireplace and a few beds.
An open staircase leads to the second floor where there is a spacious living room with tv, sofa and a few single beds. There are two small bunk beds hidden under the ceiling (fits 2X2 people), often the favourite of older children. A door leads to a small terrace (can be locked with a key, for the safety of children). There are also two bedrooms on the second floor – one bedroom with two separate beds (can be put together to one double bed) and a bedroom with a double sofa bed and a single bed + an extra double hidden bed under the ceiling.
The house features a cozy yard with a summer terrace and a summer room with a double bed. The house is neighboured by a summer house and a separate yard of the owners of the cottage. | A comfortable two-storey cottage in Spithami – in the middle of a light, young pine forest. Suitable for a family of max. 6 persons or 2 families with max. 4 adultrs who want privacy and luxurious comfort at the same time.
On the ground floor of the cottage there is a living room with open kitchen and a fireplace, a sauna with wood-burning oven, a shower room, WC, a small rest room (beer room) with access to the terrace surrounding the house.
On the first floor are two separate bedrooms, a rest room, a roomy shower room+WC. Both bedrooms have a balcony with the possibility of sitting and enjoying the surrounding nature.
The cottage is surrounded on 3 sides by a roomy terrace. Next to the house is also a POOL.
In front of the house is a small fountain, garden furniture, possibility of barbequing, 2 lounge chairs on the terrace.
From the cottage there is a small 10 min road to the seaside with a sandy beach. About 5 km away is the tip of Spithami peninsula which is one of the favourite places for bird watchers. Along the road within a short walking distance is a small local restaurant.
Within a short bicycle ride are several beaches. The most popular of these are sandy beaches in Roosta and Pereküla.
larger shopping centres are in Haapsalu.

| A two-storey holiday cottage for max. 8 persons near Haapsalu in Pusku. The sea is 500 m away (view from the balcony of the cottage). The 1200 m2 enclosed grounds are well-maintained. Trees and bushes around the gounds add to the privacy. Clean air. Possibility of sitting and barbequing on the grounds.
On the ground floor of the house there is a large dining srea with fireplace, small kitchen, wood-burning sauna, shower, WC, unique sleeping area.
On the first floor of the house there is a restroom and 3 bedrooms.
Altogether 6+2 beds.

Haapsalu with her small cafes, pubs, a historic bishop's castle with a children's playground, water park, SPA, sandy beach, shopping centres, etc. is only a short car ride away (9 kms). From Rohuküla harbour located 4,1 kms away one can go to the second largest island of Estonia – Hiiumaa.
Nature lovers can make trips to Matsalu Nature Preserve Area.
