| A spacious house up to 9 people in the quiet and calm area of Saaremaas south-eastern part, 1,5 km from the sea. Kuressaare is located 30 km away.
On the ground floor one can find a living room with a fire-place, an open-plan kitchen, a shower room, WC, a small restroom in front of the shower room.
There are 4 separate bedrooms on the house's first floor.
There are altogether 9 beds in the house. It is possible to get 2 extra beds (for additional remuneration, camp beds).
TV. Possibility for barbecue. SAUNA.
A large privacy-affording lot around the house, where children have space for running, playing. There is also a sandpit for children. A small bower for spending summer evenings.

We are open to the tourists since 2004 and we are welcoming you all year long. We offer a service to our guests in Estonian, Russian, English and Finnish languages.
The smaller house is suitable for 6 people . One can relax here in a reviving wood heated sauna and enjoy the heat of an open fireplace.
The kitchen corner has everything needed (dishes, a stove, a coffee maker, a toaster), there is a fridge, a TV, a radio and a microwave in the fireplace room. The bed sheets and the towels are included in the price.
One could sit on the arbour and enjoy the magic moments with fiddling grasshoppers and the fish playing in the pond.
There is a possibility to barbeque.

Igaküla Matsi Holiday Home on the island of Muhu
Matsi farm, built on the 19th century, is located only one kilometer away from
the historic village of Koguva, 16 kilometers from the harbour of Kuivastu and
52 kilometers from Kuressaare. The sea is also only a short distance away (1 km).
It is easy to get there by car due to a well-maintained asphalt road to Matsi
farm. There is room for 12 people. The main building has three two-room apartments
and next to the main building there are three cottages for two people each.
Possibility to barbeque, and by prior arrangement also to use the kitchen in the
main building. Rent for the whole main building is 2100 EEK per day. Accomodation
costs 265 EEK/person, breakfast 65 EEK. For children under 12 there is a discount
of 50%. You can also rent a cottage for two people (cottages include coffee machine
and dishes), price for two 500 EEK per day. There is also a sauna (woodburning
stove) + bath whisk of juniper or birch at your disposal. For adventurous spirits
there are strolls in the beautiful nature of Kõinastu island. On the Vana-Jaani
farm located on the island it is possible to go to sauna, make lunch and, if so
desired, also stay overnight.
Matsi Holiday Home is also suitable for those interested in fishing and hunting. |
